Client Engagement
Our approach is participatory, flexible, and equity-driven. We work side by side with clients to evaluate programs, conduct needs assessments, design strategic plans, and map networks—always with a focus on actionable insights. We see ourselves as facilitators of organizational learning, helping teams make sense of data, think critically about outcomes, and use findings to guide improvement.

Evaluation Plan and Development
We create evaluation plans that are clear, practical, and tailored to your goals. Using a collaborative, use-focused approach, we design frameworks that deliver meaningful insights to guide decision-making. Our process blends methods like surveys, interviews, and document review to ensure reliable results. To make evaluation simple and sustainable, we provide easy-to-use reporting tools that help your team track progress, measure impact, and tell your story with confidence.

Data collection and analysis
We design data collection that’s clear, inclusive, and actionable. Using surveys, interviews, and document reviews, we gather insights from the people and programs that matter most. Every tool is built with an equity lens to ensure all voices are heard and barriers to participation are removed. Our analysis blends stories and statistics—identifying themes, measuring impact, and uncovering opportunities for growth. The result: data that not only informs decisions but also drives more equitable outcomes.
Our Key Consulting Principles

A-Cubed Consulting’s CEO, Ama Atiedu, has been trained in
and implements culturally responsive and equitable
evaluation (CREE) approaches. Ama has served as a mentor
for the ETB’s Leaders in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity
(LEEAD) program, which provides evaluation training to
develop a pathway for diverse leaders in CREE.
Purposeful
Each client engagement begins
with a clearly defined purpose, goals, and theory of change.
Flexible
It is important to be nimble andresponsive to the needs of each client and the communities served. This creates space to capture emergent learning.
Collaborative
Each engagement is co-designed with the client and other key stakeholders to ensure that the proposed approaches will be effective and relevant to their organizations’ priorities and thecommunities served. Collaboration also serves to build the capacity of the clients and other partners to conduct evaluation and organizational learning efforts on their own.
Equitable
The engagement process is
centered around equity, considering cultural, language, and other factors, to be as inclusive as possible. We employ culturally responsive and equitable evaluation (CREE) approaches, integrating diversity, inclusion, and equity in all phases of evaluation and taking into consideration cultural, structural, and contextual factors.
