The Founder
Ama Atiedu has over 15 years of experience designing and conducting small and large-scale research and evaluation projects with a focus on public health, nutrition, healthcare systems, and early childhood education. She holds a Master of Science in Community Nutrition from Iowa State University and a Master of Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
Ama has extensive experience managing large evaluation contracts. She is skilled in communicating research and evaluation findings to a variety of audiences. She also has strong facilitation skills, incorporating diverse learning modalities.

MEd Statistician, Consultant
Fiona Asigbee, Ph. D., MPH
Fiona Asigbee has extensive research experience in public health, where she has had to manage and analyze large data sets. She is proficient in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and can perform complex regression modeling and other sophisticated data analyses. Fiona also has a keen ability to present descriptive statistics to in a manner that is easily understood by lay audiences. She has a Ph.D. in Health Education and Promotion and an MPH from University of Missouri, Columbia.

Evaluator, Consultant
Michelle Molina, MPH
Michelle Molina collaborates with organizations tocollect data to facilitate learning and decision-making.Her Master of Education degree, focusing on Social Research Methodology from UCLA, gave her the technical skills she needs to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data. Her experience, working with a variety of organizations, has helped her understand that effective evaluations must focus on use of data and be done in partnership with key stakeholders.

Kimberly Vaughn, MA
Kimberly Vaughn has over a decade of experience in business strategy and operations, specializing in quality assurance, training, policy development, and compliance across various industries. Her expertise enables her to manage projects from end to end, integrating key elements such as communication strategy, facilitation, and comprehensive evaluation with a customer-focused approach. With both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Arts from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, Kimberly is well-equipped to lead in communication and strategic roles.

With over 10 years of expertise in HR, Operations, and Retail Management, Nickema Weatherspoon is a diligent and detail-oriented administrative assistant with a proven track record of providing efficient and comprehensive support to the teams she supports. Nickema is adept at managing office operations, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily activities. She has led Global athletic campaigns for Nike and Reebok, shaped the ME brand company core employee programs, and has successfully cultivated profitable partnerships between companies like the ME brand and Nordstrom.
